OFFICIAL RULES

1. Promotion Period

The Spring FUNpass Summer Unlimited Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins on March 2 at 12:00 a.m. local time and ends on April 19 at 11:59 p.m. local time (the “Promotion Period”). Winners will be selected and notified on or before May 1. Prize redemption is valid from May 22 through September 5.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Five Star Parks & Attractions, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry during the Promotion Period:

a) Purchase Entry: Purchase a Spring FUNpass online from a participating Five Star Parks location during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) entry.

b) Social Media Entry: Post a photo or video from your park visit on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #fivestarspringbreak to receive one (1) entry. Social media profiles must be public at the time of winner selection. Participants who complete both methods will receive two (2) total entries (one per method). Limit one (1) entry per method per person.

4. Prize

Fifty (50) winners will each receive Unlimited Rides & Attractions valid throughout the summer at any Five Star Parks location nationwide. The redemption period is May 22 through September 5, 2026. Branson and Pigeon Forge locations will provide a complimentary Park Hopper Pass in lieu of Unlimited Rides & Attractions where applicable. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the close of the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via email (for online purchase entries) or direct message on Instagram or Facebook (for social media entries). Winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the prize.

6. Prize Redemption

Confirmed winners will receive a custom VIP Summer Pass card by mail. To redeem the prize, the winner must present the VIP card along with a valid government-issued photo identification at the park. The name on the identification must match the official winner list. The VIP card is for identification purposes only and is not swipeable.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
